Automotive Spray Painter
to join our workshop in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing vehicles for painting, mixing paint, matching colors, and applying high-quality finishes on
Japanese and European vehicles
. Attention to detail and precision are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting (sanding, masking, priming)
Mix and match paint to achieve accurate color tone
Apply paint using spray guns and other painting equipment
Repair scratches, dents, and paint imperfections
Ensure smooth, even, and high-quality finishes
Perform polishing and final touch-ups
Maintain clean and safe painting area
Follow workshop safety procedures and quality standards
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year
experience as an Automotive Spray Painter
Knowledge of paint mixing, matching, and application techniques
Experience with
Japanese and European vehicles
preferred
Ability to identify and correct paint defects
Understanding of painting tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and steady hand control
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
