We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Automotive Spare Parts Sales Administrator
to support our sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive spare parts, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders, and invoices
Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and logistics for order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records of customers, pricing, and spare parts data
Follow up with customers on quotations, deliveries, and documentation
Assist in inventory coordination and stock availability checks
Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and documentation
Prepare sales reports and support management with required data
Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
Requirements
Minimum
2-3 years experience
in automotive spare parts or a related industry
Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts terminology
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
