Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive services and customer relationship, ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

Duties

Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner upon arrival.

Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms.

Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered during inspection.

Provide cost estimates and clearly explain them to customers.

Coordinate with service technicians to determine repair timelines and keep customers informed throughout the process.

Recommend necessary services and maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines and customer history.

Maintain customer satisfaction by providing clear communication, timely updates, and follow-up after service completion.

Handle warranty claims and verify coverage as needed.

Ensure all repair orders are properly closed and invoiced.

Maintain knowledge of automotive products and services to effectively answer questions and provide solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role. Proficiency with compute diagnosing software. Valid U.A.E driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualities:

A passion for cars and a desire to help others. Positive attitude and a strong team player. Sales experience or upselling ability is a bonus. Bilingual skills are a plus
