Job Description

Marwan Al Shaali Group is a leading automotive group in the UAE, specializing in motorcycles, golf carts, and electric vehicles (EVs). We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to ensure excellent service experiences for our CFMOTO and EV customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team for CFMOTO and EV vehicles. Receive service requests, schedule appointments, and provide accurate service estimates. Advise customers on maintenance, repairs, and service recommendations. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Maintain detailed service records and update CRM systems. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally. Stay updated on CFMOTO products, EV technology, and automotive service procedures.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Service Advisor in automotive, preferably with motorcycles, CFMOTO, or EVs. Strong technical knowledge of CFMOTO and electric vehicles is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with service management systems is a plus. Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Qualifications:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
