Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor cum Floor Supervisor to join our garage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, overseeing service operations on the floor, and ensuring smooth workflow. They will serve as a bridge between customers and the technical team, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their vehicle servicing needs. Provide accurate estimates and explain services and repairs to customers. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely completion of services. Monitor and supervise the garage floor operations, ensuring safety and efficiency. Maintain records of service jobs, parts, and customer interactions. Upsell maintenance packages and additional services to customers. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the garage floor. Assist in inventory management of tools, parts, and supplies. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports. Train and supervise floor staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in an automotive garage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs. Leadership qualities and supervisory skills. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification is a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
