Kaiman Auto is a growing and trusted automotive workshop in Dubai, known for delivering high-quality service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. We are looking to hire a

professional and experienced Service Advisor

to manage customer interactions, coordinate repairs, and ensure a smooth workflow between the front desk and the workshop.

Role Overview:

The Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers. This person must have strong communication skills, deep automotive knowledge (especially in European vehicles), and the ability to manage service requests efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, receive vehicles, and understand their service needs Open job cards, perform initial assessments, and communicate with the workshop team Provide cost estimates, explain repairs needed, and get approvals from customers Coordinate with technicians and monitor job progress Keep customers updated on repair timelines and collect feedback after service Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete Assist in managing service schedules, parts requests, and warranty claims

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UAE as a Service Advisor

Background in dealing with European vehicles

(Mercedes, BMW, Audi, etc.) is

mandatory

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Strong technical understanding of automotive systems and repair processes Ability to explain complex mechanical issues in simple terms to customers Familiarity with service management systems (DMS, CRM, or workshop software) Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure Valid UAE driving license preferred

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: AED 4,000 - AED 5,000 (all-inclusive of transportation and accommodation)
