Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

Repair Estimation & Documentation
Inspect vehicle damage and document findings (photos, notes).
Prepare accurate repair estimates using software
Review insurance claims and coordinate with insurance adjusters.
Obtain approvals for repair costs and supplemental work.
3.
Scheduling & Workflow Coordination
Schedule repair appointments and manage shop workload.
Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely repairs.
Monitor repair progress and ensure deadlines are met.
4.
Parts & Inventory Coordination
Order necessary parts for repairs in a timely manner.
Track parts delivery and ensure correct parts are received.
5.
Final Vehicle Delivery
Perform final inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
Review completed repairs with customers.
Collect payments or coordinate insurance billing.
Ensure customer satisfaction before returning the vehicle.
6.
Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate records of all repairs, estimates, and communications.
Process invoices and insurance paperwork.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
