Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Coordination
Welcome customers and document vehicle service requests clearly and professionally
Explain service recommendations, timelines, and costs in customer-friendly language
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns
Data Entry & System Management
Accurately input service orders, vehicle history, and customer data into Microsoft Dynamics 365
Maintain up-to-date records of parts usage, labor hours, and service outcomes
Generate reports and assist in service performance tracking using Dynamics tools
Ensure compliance with internal documentation standards and workflow
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
