About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused
Service Advisor
to join ourpremium/luxury car service team
. As the face of our service department, you will ensure our high-end clients receive world-class service from the moment they walk in to the moment their vehicle is returned.Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with professionalism and warmth Accurately assess service needs and document customer concerns Communicate service details, costs, and timelines clearly Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs Maintain regular updates with customers throughout the service process Review completed services and ensure customer satisfaction Upsell additional services and maintenance packages where appropriate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
