Service Advisor required for high-volume automotive workshop in UAE. Primary role: customer consultation, vehicle assessment, repair estimates, approvals, upselling, complaint resolution, and achievement of CSI and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Greet customers, inspect vehicles, document concerns
Prepare and explain estimates, secure repair approvals
Coordinate job progress with workshop team
Provide status updates to customers
Upsell services, packages, accessories
Handle inquiries and complaints
Finalize billing and payments
Meet CSI, sales, and productivity targets
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Automotive, Business, or equivalent
3-6 years Service Advisor experience in UAE/GCC workshops
Knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs
Arabic & English fluency (verbal & written)
Sales, negotiation, customer service skills
Proficient in workshop management software
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Only candidates with current UAE residence visa and proven UAE/GCC Service Advisor experience considered.
