Key Responsibilities:
Perform surface preparation including sanding, masking, priming, and color matching.
Mix and apply paint, varnish, and other finishes according to manufacturer specifications.
Ensure high-quality finishing with attention to detail on all painted surfaces.
Diagnose paint defects and perform necessary corrections.
Maintain painting tools, equipment, and spray booths in proper working condition.
Adhere to safety and environmental regulations during all painting processes.
Collaborate with the bodyshop team to deliver vehicles on time and in excellent condition.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of proven experience
as an Automotive Painter, preferably with European/German vehicles.
Strong knowledge of paint application techniques and modern refinishing systems.
Ability to match and mix paints accurately.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools, equipment, and safety practices.
Previous UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
