Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting and refinishing vehicles to restore them to their original condition or to customize their appearance. The Automotive Painter will work in coordination with the repair and body shop teams to deliver high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and priming as necessary. Mix, match, and apply paint and other protective coatings to vehicles and parts. Select and use materials that are appropriate for the task, ensuring color accuracy and finish quality. Operate painting equipment safely and effectively, including spray guns and booths. Repair minor dents and imperfections in surfaces before painting. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with bodywork technicians and other team members to meet production deadlines. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in automotive painting and refinishing.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an automotive painting program is preferred. Proven experience as an automotive painter or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques. Familiarity with different types of finishes and coatings. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
