Foreman : We are looking for a Foreman that has experience in automobile field and UAE experience with Certifications. Monitoring the workshop and Maintaining a good relationship with customers is key. Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew Allocate general and daily responsibilities Supervise and train workers and tradespeople Ensure manpower and resources are adequate Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met Supervise the use of machinery and equipment Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget Resolve problems when they arise Report on progress to managers, engineers Develop a work schedule for workers Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors Solve disputes between workers Ensure that a project is adequately staffed Assign tasks to construction workers Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals Manage and monitor members attendance and work Adhere to relevant safety regulations Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment Monitor expenditures Peacefully resolve any emerging problems and issues Allocate and delegate responsibilities Supervise, train and give feedback to workers Ensure labor and other resources necessary Prepare and present progress Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
