We are looking for a qualified Auto Floor Shop Manager to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members daily. Experience working with This position will manage and lead a team of people in allocating workload and managing the day-to-day operations in the workshop. As an Auto Floor Shop Manager, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Responsibilities \xc2\xa7 Support the Operations Manager on day-to-day task. \xc2\xa7 Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner. \xc2\xa7 Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of service to the customer. \xc2\xa7 Ensuring consumables and service parts are timely ordered. \xc2\xa7 Troubleshoot and resolve customer\xe2\x80\x99s vehicle issues. \xc2\xa7 Managing the relationship with spare parts. \xc2\xa7 Responsible for achieving assigned upselling sales targets for the company services. \xc2\xa7 Train and coach, all team members and foster a positive and productive work environment. \xc2\xa7 Supply valuable reporting and metrics related to operations. \xc2\xa7 Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. \xc2\xa7 Set clear team goals. \xc2\xa7 Delegate tasks and set deadlines. \xc2\xa7 Oversee day-to-day operation. \xc2\xa7 Monitor team performance and report on metrics. \xc2\xa7 Motivate team members. \xc2\xa7 Listen to team members\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts. \xc2\xa7 Work with the service advisors to respond to client\xe2\x80\x99s requests for updates on the status of their jobs and keep the communication channels open to ensure information is accurate. \xc2\xa7 Investigate customer complaints and concerns arising from executed service and take appropriate solutions. Discuss with team to identify appropriate course of action. \xc2\xa7 Review customers service orders and inspect the quality of a technician repairs before the release of vehicles. \xc2\xa7 Review work orders to ensure that all actions have been documented according to Service Workshop policies and procedures. \xc2\xa7 Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. \xc2\xa7 Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment, and other materials in the Service Area. \xc2\xa7 Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments. \xc2\xa7 Supervise and coordinate workshop activities to ensure efficient and effective operations. \xc2\xa7 Manage and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. \xc2\xa7 Maintain and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. \xc2\xa7 Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning. \xc2\xa7 Collaborate with other departments to optimize workshop processes and improve overall efficiency. \xc2\xa7 Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to implement best practices. \xc2\xa7 Supervise workshop staff, including assigning tasks and responsibilities, monitoring performance, and providing training and support as needed. \xc2\xa7 Supervising a team of technicians who are responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. \xc2\xa7 Ensuring that technicians are properly trained and have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their jobs effectively. \xc2\xa7 Support service staff to ensure maintenance of tools is done on a timely basis to ensure costs of business are kept to a minimum without compromising on the safety aspect. \xc2\xa7 Communicating with customers (in special cases) and explaining diagnostic results and repair recommendations. \xc2\xa7 Ensuring that the workshop is clean, organized, and well-maintained. \xc2\xa7 Adhering to all safety regulations and ensuring that technicians follow proper safety procedures. \xc2\xa7 Need to support the Manager and explain the business situation and any action plans to make the service center in profitable way. \xc2\xa7 Social Media knowledge will be added advantage. Requirements and skills o Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor o In-depth knowledge of performance metrics o Excellent communication and leadership skills o Organizational and time-management skills o Decision-making skills Qualifications At least 5 years\' relevant experience preferably in Automotive Industry \xc2\xa7 Proficient in English and Arabic will be added advantage. Hands-on experience implementing operational processes. Knowledge of operational principles and policies. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure.
