Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle for automotive projects from concept through completion, integrating contemporary design and sustainable practices
• Prepare project briefs, shortlist and evaluate consultants, review proposals, and conduct structured design reviews
• Provide regular progress updates to management, ensuring alignment with design intent, budgets, timelines, and brand standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage consultants and elevate customer experience outcomes
• Direct architectural consultants and monitor day-to-day design quality and compliance with project objectives
• Manage architectural presentations and resolve design issues using 2D and 3D visualization with a focus on architecture and interiors
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Track architectural trends and innovations and incorporate relevant advancements into projects
• Maintain design records, prepare reports, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Minimum eight years of architectural experience, including retail and mixed-use luxury projects; automotive showroom design experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in AUTOCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office with advanced visualization capabilities
• Solid understanding of UAE and KSA building regulations and local authority requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in high-pressure environments
