Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Cashier, based in Sharjah. The Automotive Cashier will handle customer transactions, process payments, and ensure accurate cash flow management. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining records, issuing invoices/receipts, and managing customer interactions with professionalism. The role also involves collaborating with the team to ensure smooth payment procedures and assisting with customer queries to enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Basic accounting and cash handling abilities
Attention to detail and proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
Familiarity with automotive industry standards and payment procedures is an advantage
Proficiency in using POS systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Ability to work on-site in Dubai and effectively manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training/certifications in bookkeeping or related field is a plus
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
