Key Responsibilities:
Perform polishing, buffing, waxing, and paint correction on all types of vehicles.
Inspect car paint surfaces for scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, and other imperfections.
Use polishing machines, pads, and compounds correctly to achieve the desired finish.
Apply protective coatings such as wax, sealants, or ceramic as required.
Conduct a
100% quality check
on every vehicle before delivery.
Maintain tools, equipment, and chemicals in proper working condition.
Follow safety and workshop guidelines during all polishing activities.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in automotive polishing (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of polishing techniques, chemicals, and protective coatings.
Ability to identify and correct paint defects.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality results.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
