Minimum 3 Years (Automobile Vehicle Electrical Work)
Job Purpose
To diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems in cars, buses, and commercial vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and smooth vehicle performance.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair
electrical faults
in all types of light and heavy vehicles.
Install, repair, and maintain
wiring, lighting systems, and electronic control units
.
Troubleshoot issues related to
batteries, alternators, starters, ignition systems
, and other electrical components.
Repair and program all kinds of
vehicle sensors, relays, and switches
.
Handle
air conditioning electrical components
, fuses, and circuit boards.
Use diagnostic tools and scanners to identify vehicle electrical problems.
Perform electrical system upgrades, rewiring, and modifications when needed.
Work closely with mechanics and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain work records, job cards, and service reports.
Follow workshop safety procedures and company policies.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of technical hands-on experience
as an Automobile Vehicle Electrician.
Strong knowledge of
vehicle electrical systems
, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic equipments and scanner tools.
Experience with both all types of
petrol and diesel vehicles
preferred.
Ability to identify and repair electrical faults independently.
Good understanding and usage of
vehicle scanners and diagnostic tools
.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work overtime if required.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
