Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure automobile spare parts for Japanese and European trucks.
Coordinate with local and agency suppliers to ensure timely availability of required parts.
Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate competitive prices and delivery terms.
Maintain purchase records and update inventory using
ERP systems
.
Prepare purchase orders, track shipments, and follow up on pending deliveries.
Work closely with the workshop and stores team to ensure accurate part identification and timely supply.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in procurement of Japanese and European truck spare parts.
Strong knowledge of
local and agency spare parts suppliers
within the UAE market.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and
ERP software
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
