Management and development of the spare parts team with a focus on high well-being and performance
Ensure high availability and correct stocking of spare parts for both passenger cars, goods vehicles and trucks
Optimization of inventory management and purchasing, including inventory, turnover rate and reduction of dead stock
Strong collaboration with the workshop and sales department to ensure efficient support and delivery of spare parts
Preparation and follow-up of KPIs and key figures for the department
Digitalization and process optimization to increase efficiency and high customer service
Responsibility for budget and financial management in the department
