Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Automation & Workflow Specialist to lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end process automations across our clinic management ecosystem. You'll work closely with operations, CRM, marketing, finance, and clinical staff to identify bottlenecks and eliminate manual workflows using tools such as Make.com (Integromat), WATI, Veo, Oracle NetSuite, ClinicPro, and others.

This role is mission-critical to drive speed, consistency, data integrity, and efficiency across all verticals of our clinics and medical operations.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Development & Integration

Build and maintain no-code/low-code automations using Make.com, Zapier, WATI, and other platforms. Integrate systems such as EMR/HMS, Meta APIs, Oracle NetSuite, ClinicPRO, and WhatsApp/Meta channels. Design automated communication workflows for appointment confirmations, rescheduling, reminders, and no-shows. Operational Optimization Streamline and digitize manual processes across departments: HR, finance, procurement, telesales, front desk, and medical. Automate data transfers between platforms, including syncing patient details between HMS and messaging systems. Ensure systems run in near real-time with minimal human input.

Analytics & Reporting

Implement dashboards to monitor bot interactions, KPI triggers, patient conversions, SLA compliance, and escalation alerts. Collaborate with the BI team to push clean, enriched data from automation endpoints into analytics dashboards. Governance & QA Ensure all automation flows are secure, auditable, and compliant with internal SOPs and healthcare data regulations (e.g., NABIDH, DHA). Perform QA testing on each flow before deployment; build rollback or error-handling safeguards.

Collaboration & Support

Work closely with business unit leads, telesales supervisors, and the system team to align automations with strategic goals. Provide training and documentation for staff on usage and troubleshooting. Offer proactive support and suggest new areas for automation based on observations.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in process automation, digital operations, or system integration roles. Strong experience with Make.com, Zapier, or other no-code automation platforms. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API tools (WATI, Twilio, etc.). Basic understanding of healthcare operations or clinic workflows (preferred). Exposure to Oracle NetSuite, HMS/EMR systems, or cloud-based ERPs
