This role covers control panel diagnostics, alarm verification, smoke and flame detection systems, combustion air and fuel control loops, and supports burner modification or fuel conversion projects as per OEM specifications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Troubleshooting & System Diagnostics

Assist in diagnosing boiler control logic faults, burner lockouts, and system trips using PLC/DCS/HMI interfaces. Perform detailed alarm checks and interlock testing for burner management systems (BMS). Verify control panel integrity, I/O signal status, and loop functionality.
