Job Description
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Siemens S7-1200/300/1500 PLCs Hardware Configuration/Program Development other brands like Rockwell /Schneider will be an added advantage. Experience in implementing communication channels between different panels/PLCs using standard communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, Profinet etc. Hand on Experience in Testing and commissioning of Automation components including PLC,HMI,VFD and Soft starters. Strong Graphics Development skills in Siemens HMI, WINCC SCADA (TIA portal Advanced/Professional) other brands like Rockwell /Schneider will be an added advantage.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
PLC Program Development in Siemens TIA portal and other standard platforms in Siemens. HMI/SCADA Development and tags configuration in WINCC. Prepare control philosophy based on process description and P&Id. Perform modification to existing equipment PLC to meet customer needs. Install and debug plants in a testing environment. Integration of field equipment and VFD using different communication methods to the PLC. Onsite testing and commissioning. Online technical support as required for site commissioning technicians.Qualification:
Degree in Electrical/Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering. Minimum 2 years experience in Water Treatment Industry. Minimum 4 years experience in PLC programming and HMI/SCADA Development in Siemens Platforms. * UAE Driving License is mandatory.
