. The candidate should have a strong technical background and be ready to step into operations immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automation and control systems on vessels, including boiler automation, AMS, tank-gauging, and fire-alarm systems.
Carry out regular maintenance, testing, and inspections of control panels, sensors, and marine instrumentation systems.
Develop, debug, and optimize PLC programs for marine equipment and safety systems.
Calibrate instrumentation and control hardware to ensure accurate readings and system reliability.
Provide technical support during commissioning and operations on board.
Prepare and maintain detailed technical reports, root-cause analyses, and service documentation.
Ensure all systems comply with marine safety standards, class rules, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum
3 years
of GCC experience in the
marine automation industry
Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems, sensors, and control panels
Ability to troubleshoot onboard systems independently
Proven experience working with marine automation systems (blast systems, boiler, AMS, tank gauging, fire-alarm).
Good understanding of PLC programming, HMI, SCADA systems, and control architecture.
Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems and instrumentation.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Ability to onboard and work independently on vessels.
Immediate joiners preferred
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience with marine class societies (e.g., DNV, Lloyd's, ABS) in system design or maintenance.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the maritime industry.
Good communication skills and ability to work across teams.
