About Us

CoralFlair Building Contracting LLC is a dynamic player in high-end interior & maintenance solutions. We're launching a Home Automation & Security Division to cater to Dubai's luxury villas, smart offices, and hospitality projects. We need a hands-on leader to build this from Day 1--with no training wheels.

Who We Need

You're a deal-closing, tech-savvy operator who can:
? Hit the Ground Running: Bring an active client pipeline (developers, HNWIs, hotels) to close sales within 30 days.
? Bypass the Learning Curve: Already certified in Control4/Savant/Hikvision with installer/vendor contacts in the UAE.
? Work Like a Founder: Own P&L, hire/train teams, and innovate

Key Responsibilities

1. Immediate Revenue Generation

Close 3-5 premium contracts with your existing network.

2. Department Buildout

Recruit/train 5 technicians.

Negotiate OEM partnerships.

3. Strategic Ownership

Set pricing tiers.

Launch recurring revenue streams (AMCs, monitoring subscriptions).

Qualifications

Non-Negotiables:

5+ years selling/installing automation in UAE (not just theory).

Portfolio: Before/after projects (villas, hotels, offices).

Certifications: Control4 Pro, Savant, or Crestron (current).
