Salary on application
This role is responsible for maintaining automation systems in the Processing section to optimize production process, improve efficiency and maintenance support to troubleshoot, resolve and prevent machine/system breakdowns.
xe2x97x8fResponsible for installation, commissioning and testing of the machinery
xe2x97x8fRegular servicing and maintenance of all machinery and equipment and ensuring the proper functioning of the same
xe2x97x8fDiagnose, identify and locate the cause tor the plant breakdown/malfunction of machinery and correct the problem
xe2x97x8f Preparing spare parts requirements in advance based on usual requirements, findings from preventive maintenance to ensure minimum stock levels are always maintained.
xe2x97x8fPLC, invertors, touch panels and all command equipment maintenance
xe2x97x8fMaintaining records of service cycles and other maintenance activities
xe2x97x8fFollowing all safety regulations and norms of functioning
xe2x97x8fPlanning maintenance and service procedures in the facility.
xe2x97x8fMaintain the tools and Drawings
