Key Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, and repair automatic sliding, swinging, and rolling gates.
Perform routine maintenance on gate motors, sensors, control boards, and access systems.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues related to gate automation.
Configure and integrate access control systems, intercoms, and remote entry devices.
Respond to service calls and emergency repairs in a timely manner.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
Maintain accurate job records and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an automatic gate technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of gate motors, control panels, sensors, and safety devices.
Familiarity with access control systems and basic electrical wiring.
Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
Valid driver's license is must.
Good problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in gate automation or access control systems.
Experience with brands such as FAAC, NICE, BFT, or similar.
Basic knowledge of welding or fabrication is a plus.
