Job Description
Develop and prepare architectural designs and drawings from preliminary concepts sketches and specifications with computer-aided design CAD software Complete documentation packages and produce drawing sets based on current project and team need sUsing CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements calculations building codes and other construction details Check and verify design drawings to confIrm to specifications and design data maintain current knowledge of National and Provincial building codes Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations Perform other duties as requiredAbility of achieving 3 dimensional renderings on 3D max or any equivalent software Collaborating with architects and DESIGN engineers to ensure adherence to specifications and industry regulations BSc/ Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or degree from a technical collegeHands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) softwareFamiliarity with 3D modeling tools preferably 3d MAX Experience in interior fitout projects is mandatory Good math skillsAbility to meet deadlinesProven work experience as a Drafter or similarAdditional certification is a plus SEND CV BY WHATSAPP 0564743480 Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
