Job Description
Experience Required:
3-4 years (UAE Experience):
Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for
swimming pools
, landscape layouts, and outdoor water features. Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and working drawings forlandscape, irrigation, and MEP systems
. Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and design intent. Interpret architectural and structural drawings for integration into landscape designs. Ensure compliance with local regulations, municipality requirements, and industry standards. Modify and revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions. Maintain organized documentation and drawing archives. Visit project sites as needed to gather data and verify design accuracy. Collaborate with project managers and site engineers for smooth project execution.Requirements:
Minimum
3-4 years of UAE experience
in landscape and swimming pool drawings. Proficiency inAutoCAD
and familiarity with other design tools (SketchUp, Photoshop is a plus). Strong knowledge ofirrigation layouts
,pool equipment detailing
, andMEP integration
. Attention to detail, accuracy, and an eye for aesthetics. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Preferred Qualification:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Pay: AED3,800.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
