Autocad Draughtsman
Job Description
Core Tasks
Develops detailed documentation drawing packages from concept, schematic, to detailed design stage.
Meets projects deliverables and deadlines. o Assist in reviewing contractors' shop drawings in accordance with project requirements and specs.
Coordinates with designers' concepts and clients' briefs.
Meets with consultants (MEP, Lighting, Kitchen suppliers, and others) alongside the designer handling the project to help finalize all related technical points for the project if required.
Coding and annotating drawings according to all specifications
Complies with all relevant building regulations, codes and practices.
Supervises design details on sites and providing site snagging.
SKILLS-SET NEEDED
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience
2. Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma/ or relevant
3. Software skills: MS Office and design related programs (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc..)
4. Knowledge of Revit is an advantage
5. Excellent communication Skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
