passionate and hands-on Site Engineer

to bring expertise, efficiency, and innovation to our sites.

1. Technical Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD (2D )
(3D), Revit,SketchUp, and other design/drafting software : optional

Ability to create detailed architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design drawings Experience with shop drawings, as-built drawings, and fit-out drawings Familiar with local building codes, authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.) Capable of producing technical details, sections, and elevations
2. Responsibilities

Preparing accurate CAD drawings based on design inputs and sketches Coordinating with designers, engineers, and site teams to update or modify drawings Ensuring that all drawings are in compliance with project specifications and standards Assisting with drawing submissions to clients, consultants, and authorities Maintaining drawing registers and keeping track of revisions Producing layouts, joinery details, ceiling plans, lighting layouts, etc.
3. Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a drafting or CAD technician role Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques Experience in fit-out, interior design, or MEP coordination is a plus UAE/Gulf experience is preferred
4. Soft Skills

Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Team player, proactive and organized Flexible with work hours if required
