Job Description
AutCAS Draftsman A joinery factory located in Dubai is looking for a joinery Draftsman with the following requirement: - Producing joinery shop drawings and technical drawings as per tender drawings/spect and our manufacturing standards based on approved quotation of joinery items (Wooden doors, Kitchen Cabinet, Wardrobe, Vanity, Reception counter & Contract items) - Assistance with obtaining customer approval on submitted drawings - Produce production ready drawings implementing approved hardware and generating cutting list - Ensuring submittal of shop drawings for approval in timely manner. - Carries out the drafting requirements for new or existing projects such as detailed drawings and As-built drawings - Able to review and understand drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received for projects to ensure that they conform to design concepts - Explain drawings to production teams and provide adjustments as necessary - Be able to prepare BOQ out of tender drawings - Should have full knowledgeable working with AUTOCAD, Microsoft Windows and CAD+T (is a plus) - At least 3 to 5-year experience as draftsman in joinery field Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
