The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings and supporting documents for production, sales, and project execution. The role involves creating shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals, ensuring all designs meet project specifications and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed shop drawings for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Produce accurate as-built drawings upon project completion.
Review architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings to prepare detailed layouts.
Prepare drawings for new dies and custom profiles as per project needs.
Support the sales and production teams by providing drawing and documentation assistance.
Ensure all drawings are prepared in compliance with project specifications and company policies.
Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and production staff to ensure accuracy and timely completion of drawings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architectural Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 2-4 years of drafting experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or SolidWorks is an advantage.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
