We're Hiring - Draftsman (Joinery & Interior Design Division)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (UAE Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery details, and fabrication drawings for interior fit-out and joinery projects. Review and interpret architectural and interior design drawings to develop accurate and production-ready designs. Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, and Production teams to ensure all drawings are technically feasible and aligned with project requirements. Ensure dimensional accuracy, material specifications, and joinery construction details are maintained in all drawings. Manage and update drawing revisions, technical documentation, and project records. Work closely with the factory and site teams to resolve design or drawing-related issues.
Candidate Profile:

Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Joinery & Interior Fit-Out Drafting (mandatory). Strong knowledge of joinery materials, furniture detailing, finishes, and production methods. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant drafting/design software. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and departments.
