Create detailed architectural drawings for fit-out retail/ commercial projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software, adhering to the law and landlord's policy regulation.
Develop accurate and detailed drawings for various interior fit-out components, including flooring, walls, ceilings, lighting, partitions, and others, based on the client's needs.
Incorporate design changes and revisions into existing drawings as directed by the project team.
Cooperate with other stakeholders, including interior designers, project managers, and contractors, to effectively communicate design specifications.
Preparation of AS-BUILT drawings liaises with the Project Managers as part of the project closeout documentation.
Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, filing, and records.
