Job Description

Responsibilities:



Prepare detailed

AutoCAD drawings

, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for interior fit-out projects. Develop

plans, sections, elevations

, and detailed joinery drawings as required. Coordinate with

project engineers, site teams, designers, and subcontractors

for drawing updates. Modify drawings based on

site measurements

, engineer comments, and client requirements. Ensure all drawings comply with

project specifications, standards, and authority guidelines

. Prepare

material take-off (MTO)

and support the estimation team when required. Maintain proper drawing filing systems (revisions, approvals, etc.). Prepare

3D views

if needed (optional, depending on company requirement). Attend project meetings and provide drawing support to the project team.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Architecture / Drafting. Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD (2D)

; knowledge of 3D is a plus. Experience in

interior fit-out

, joinery works, furniture detailing, and MEP coordination. Ability to read and understand

technical drawings

, specifications, and site conditions. Good communication and time-management skills. Minimum

5 years

experience in UAE (preferred).
