Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
detailed shop drawings, joinery drawings, and as-built drawings
for interior fit-out projects.
Interpret and review design drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
Coordinate closely with the
designers, project engineers, and site team
for accurate and approved drawings.
Prepare
layouts for furniture, ceilings, partitions, flooring, and electrical points
as per project design.
Ensure drawings comply with company standards and client requirements.
Revise and update drawings based on site changes or client feedback.
Maintain organized drawing files and ensure timely submission.
Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers for technical coordination.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree
in Architecture, Civil, or Interior Design.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience
in an interior fit-out or joinery company.
Must have
at least 4 years of continuous service in the same company
.
Strong skills in
AutoCAD
; knowledge of
SketchUp / Revit / Photoshop
is an advantage.
Excellent understanding of
fit-out details, joinery work, and materials
.
Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong coordination skills.
Preferred:
UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
Familiar with local authority standards and technical requirements.
