We are looking to hire a Draftman with Construction/Industrial Work experience
Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Analyze building plans and related documents to determine the specifications of the MEP systems.
Coordinate with engineers to ensure accuracy of MEP systems.
Monitor changes and improvements in the design process.
Maintain records of all drawings and specifications.
Assist in the preparation of project bids
Interpret applicable codes and regulations related to MEP systems
Design water piping HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting layout / Composite Shop Drawings including design calculation, piping design etc.
Knowledgeable in Civil and other trades is a plus but not required
