Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Auto CAD Draftsman with strong communication skills in English and the ability to produce accurate technical drawings. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in AutoCAD (or equivalent), and capable of interpreting architectural and engineering designs. Rendering experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software based on design specifications.
Review and revise drawings as required by engineers, designers, or project managers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure clarity and accuracy in all technical documentation.
Maintain drawing files and ensure timely submission of work.
Assist with visual renderings for presentations or client approvals when needed.
Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, to understand and deliver design requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman in architecture, engineering, or related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3D max or similar software is an advantage.
Basic rendering skills using Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software preferred.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction details.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work under deadlines.
Good English communication skills (speaking and comprehension essential).
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Previous experience required.
