Position Overview:
As a Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans that meet project specifications. Your expertise in drafting and design will play a crucial role in our project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural and engineering drawings using CAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop design concepts.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in project planning and documentation.
- Preparation of detailed joinery drawings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Draftsman in the UAE (minimum of 2-4years).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
-Strong Knowledge in Authority approvals (DM, DDA,TRAKHEES,DCD,DMCC etc..)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills in English.
