As a Draftsman at Metaform, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed technical drawings and plans for our building technologies products, including metal doors, Fire rated doors. Your work will be essential in ensuring the precision and quality of our manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in Metal /Fire rated Door manufacturing industries.
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Foxit
Software

Expertise in managing and delivering
fast-track projects

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Drawing Creation:
Create precise technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Generate detailed drawings for products such as fire-rated doors
Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to translate specifications into accurate drawings.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to address design-related challenges.
Quality Assurance:
Perform quality checks on drawings to identify and rectify errors or discrepancies.
Ensure drawings meet industry standards, regulations, and project requirements.
Documentation and Organization:
Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and design changes.
Update and manage the drawing database for accessibility and version control.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and best practices related to CAD.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
Other Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with team members to gather input and feedback.
Accomplish additional tasks as assigned.
