Job Description
Job description We are an established Joinery operating in the GCC as well markets beyond, specialized in the manufacturing of high-performance Fire & Acoustic door cores and assemblies for over two decades. As an ambitious organization with a strong brand recognition within the construction industry, we are now venturing into Interior Design & Contracting aiming at the premium segment. For this new business vertical, we are looking for a technically strong Draftsman with the right skill set and industry experience. Those who meet the requirements given below and are ready to take up this exciting as well as challenging opportunity can apply. Requirements:
- Must have a minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working for an Interior Fitout and Joinery and must have proven experience in successful completion of high-end commercial projects in UAE.
- Diploma in architecture or Diploma in civil Engineering preferred.
- Estimation knowledge will be a Plus.
- Excellent drafting skills in operating computer software like AutoCAD, Revit.
- Should be able to communicate fluently in English and Hindi.
- UAE driver license preferred.
- Expertise in interior technical drawings.
- Excellent portfolio of previous works.
- Must be able of creating detailed production drawings for the fit out works.
- Ability to work under pressure and as per the requirements of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be knowledgeable on Industry standards and be capable of coordination between fit out joinery team and site engineers for successful execution of the projects.
- Must be able to absorb inputs from site and design teams and execute as needed.
- Support the senior estimator with estimation and quantity take off .
- Must be able to act fast when there are required changes due to site conditions, materials, or any other relevant parameters.
- Must be capable of producing Cutting list.
- Capable of preparing local authority drawings and as-built drawings

- AutoCAD Draftsman: 3 years (Required)
- Joinery and Interior Fitout company: 3 years (Preferred)
