Job Objectives 1. Preparing and updating drawings (PDF format and Auto CAD drawings): a. LOD and as built drawings for tenancies as per requirement b. Vacant unit layouts c. Entire mall and its services layouts d. Hoarding layouts e. Mall Parking f. Events/setups g. Reference drawings for mall generic graphics h. Monthly layout plans i. On As built measurements and records 2. Preparation of all layouts as required for local authority submissions including DM , DEWA , DCD, Ejari related submissions. 3. Preparation of layouts including on-site marking for kiosk/specialty leasing/temporary setup/events etc. Maintaining and updating records for new and existing tenants for Specialty Leasing (Mall Media & Kiosk). 4. Ensure that monthly layout plans are printed, framed, and hung on the walls of maintenance office, security control room & Office of Head of Operations. This must be done every month without fail. 5. Assist the Engineers and Fit-out/Operations/Facilities team in terms of drawings & layouts requirements. 6. Prepare emergency fire exit plans for tenancies especially new tenants and handover the same to department head. 7. Ensure filing and records are maintained and updated bi-monthly: a. DM/ DDA approved layouts (current, submitted) b. Internal mall approved drawings. c. ODs and as-built drawings for all vacant units 8. To ensure that all the drawings and documentation are updated in a timely manner and that all services and facilities in the mall are clearly marked and recorded. 9. Develop excellent lines of communication and relationships with Head of Operations, mall management staff, strategic partners, influential Government organizations and contractors. 10. Prepare reports on an \xe2\x80\x98as needed\xe2\x80\x99 basis. Maintain a comprehensive filing system to ensure extremely organized records and ready retrieval of information. To do list must be weekly updated and must be discussed with line manager without fail. 11. Training & Development programs to be attended in order to upgrade and keep abreast with new market trends and technology. Key Result Areas (KRA\xe2\x80\x99s) 1. Auto CAD drawings as and when required. 2. DM, DCD, DEWA, EJARI updated drawings. 3. Monthly update of Operation/ Leasing/ Retail/ Marketing Floor Plans 4. DM NOC, DEWA NOC, DEWA Reconnection, Electricity Power Contract, Dubai Police NOC, Hoarding/ Service Charge Invoices, and LOD 5. Kiosk drawings and on-site markings as per leasing requirements. 6. Evacuation Plans, Clear Tag along with Evacuation Procedure Guidelines 7. Arranging for onsite marking works. 8. Submitting new ideas and developments for improvements for Mall indoor & outdoor. 9. Maintaining accurate records of mall areas and drawings. 10. Coordinating with Operations/ Maintenance team/ Security in order to ensure smooth functioning and implementation. 12. Maintain filing system (Tenants) and provide all required assistance to Fit-out In-Charge. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:

• Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• AutoCAD: 5 years (Required)
• Shopping Mall Drawings: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• AutoCAD, 3D Designs, Photoshop (Required)
