Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
AutoCAD drawings
, layouts, and shop drawings for fitout and joinery works.
Work closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements.
Ensure drawings meet project specifications, standards, and timelines.
Revise and update drawings based on feedback from the design or site team.
Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.
Coordinate with the site team for as-built drawings and technical clarifications.
Ensure accuracy in dimensions, materials, and details in all drawings.
Assist in quantity take-offs when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an
AutoCAD Draftsman
, preferably in
fitout or joinery projects
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
,
MS Office
, and other relevant drafting software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret design drawings accurately.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Revit, etc.) will be an advantage.
