Key Responsibilities
Prepare comprehensive 2D AutoCAD drawings for
architectural, interior fit-out, joinery
, or
MEP
projects.
Interpret sketches, conceptual drawings, and technical inputs into accurate and clear drafting outputs.
Revise and update drawings based on feedback from designers, engineers, or project managers.
Maintain systematic records of drawings, revisions, and supporting documentation as per company standards.
Collaborate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and constructability.
Ensure all drawings are in compliance with
local building codes
, industry standards, and project-specific requirements.
Prepare
shop drawings, as-built drawings
, and
layout plans
as needed.
Requirements
Education:
Diploma or Certificate in
Drafting, Architecture, Engineering
, or a related discipline.
Experience:
2-5 years of hands-on experience as an
AutoCAD Draftsman
, ideally in
fit-out, construction, MEP
, or
architectural
sectors.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in
AutoCAD (2D drafting required; 3D is a plus)

Knowledge of
construction detailing

layouts.
Ability to read and interpret
