Prepare, update, and maintain accurate AutoCAD shop drawings and as-built drawings based on site conditions, design changes, and consultant feedback.
Produce detailed false ceiling and drywall drawings, including layouts, sections, and construction details.
Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, electrical, HVAC, and site teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution.
Prepare BOQs, variations, invoices, and highlighted progress drawings based on approved scope and actual site work.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, building codes, and CAD standards, and maintain organized drawing records.
Required Qualification and Skills
Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
Prior experience in false ceiling, interior, and decor drafting is preferred.
Valid driving license with the ability to travel for site visits and team meetings.
