We are looking for a Draftsman /Quantity Surveyor experienced in marble/ stone works or Fit out Joinery to manage costing, estimation, and tender processes for ongoing and upcoming projects (Strong specialization in stone and marble works )
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate BOQs and cost estimates based on architectural drawings and site measurements
Analyze tender documents and prepare pricing proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and documentation.
Track project costs and advise on cost-effective solutions.
Review variation orders and assist in invoicing.
Documentation of ongoing projects regards to quantities, Material to site (MTS), Variation Orders (VO).
Coordinating with site in-charge and factory in-charge regards to material delivery and productions.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 -5 years of experience as a Draftsman / Quantity Surveyor in marble/stone industry with knowledge of quantities takeoff.
Strong understanding of materials, installation processes, and measurement techniques.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
Middle East (GCC) project experience required
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
