Exclusive Acrylic Middle East Industries LLC. in Assosiation with Epic Acrylic is looking for sales and design engineer in the field of Swimming Pools and Landscape with proficiency in AutoCad. The perfect candidate will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver effective solutions to clients. Requirements: 1. Technical Knowledge: A strong foundation and understanding of Swimming Pools and Lanscape design principles, techniques, and materials is essential. 2._ Design Skills_: Proficiency in using design software and tools, such as AutoCAD 2D, SketchUp, is crucial for creating detailed plan. The ability to translate clients\' requirements. 3. Sales and Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Sales and marketing abilities, combined with the capacity to understand clients\' needs. 4. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with a wide range of products and materials (glass, metal, acrylic) is necessary. 5. Project Management: Having project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and coordinate with stakeholders, clients, vendors . Attention to detail and organisational capabilities are essential. Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor\'s degree in engineering, interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in design, or project management within the Swimming Pools and Lanscape industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to create detailed shop drawings for Swimming Pools and Landscape projects
- Ability to foresee discrepancies between site conditions, materials and drawings.
- Knowledge of creating BOQ\'s
- Fluency in English is a must
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Fit out and joinery design: 1 year (Required)
