AutoCAD Designer

with experience in

restaurant and hospitality layouts

As an AutoCAD Designer, you will be responsible for creating

detailed 2D floor plans and functional layouts

for new restaurant and hotel projects. Your designs should align with operational efficiency, brand identity, and local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop accurate 2D floor plans using AutoCAD Design layouts for kitchens, dining areas, service zones, washrooms, and outdoor spaces Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense layout standards Coordinate with operations and architecture teams Make revisions based on feedback from management and consultants Assist in preparing drawings for authority submissions when required

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), knowledge of 3D tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit) is a plus Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or hotel design Familiarity with Dubai regulations for F&B establishments Strong attention to detail, spatial planning, and functionality Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines Portfolio demonstrating relevant hospitality layouts is required
