Job Description

Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced

AutoCAD Designer specialized in Facade works

to prepare accurate shop drawings, details, and as-built drawings for aluminum, glass, and facade systems in compliance with project specifications and local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare

facade shop drawings

(plans, elevations, sections, and details) using AutoCAD Develop drawings for

curtain wall, stick system, unitized system, doors, windows, louvers, skylights, canopies, pergolas, ACP & glass facades

Coordinate drawings with

architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

Prepare

fabrication and installation drawings

Revise drawings based on

consultant/client comments

Prepare

as-built drawings

after project completion Assist engineers in

material take-offs and BOQs

Ensure drawings comply with

approved specifications, standards, and authority regulations

Coordinate with

project managers, site engineers, and factory team

Maintain organized drawing records and version control

Required Skills & Qualifications



Diploma or Degree in

Civil / Architectural / Mechanical Engineering

or related field

2-7 years experience

in facade design (aluminum & glass) Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD (2D & basic 3D)

Understanding of

facade systems, profiles, fittings, and glass types

Knowledge of

UAE facade standards

and project workflows Ability to read and interpret

architectural and structural drawings

Good coordination and communication skills Ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)



Experience with

Revit / SolidWorks / SketchUp

Knowledge of

wind load, deflection limits, and facade calculations

Previous experience in

UAE/GCC facade projects


Work Location



UAE (Office & Project-based)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
